This reasonably priced and well equipped boat tour was awesome. You are given a super warm long jacket and life vest before setting out on the zodiac type boat – about 8-10 people/boat. The excellent guide takes you close to lots of icebergs – small to gigantic, and also hangs out in front of the glacier’s snout. Lots of photo ops.. unhurried pace, uncrowded and magical. So much better than the completely touristed out larger lagoon tour at Jokulsarlon. This place is a treasure. Super helpful and friendly staff.
