Summer Check-In (May–September)
Check in at the Fjallsárlón reception building, located next to the parking area. Tours depart on schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals. Please arrive before the scheduled departure time. - Boat tours: 15 minutes. - Ice Floating: 15 minutes. - Glacier activities: 30 minutes. - Overnight Adventure: 30 minutes. No-Show Policy: If a guest fails to arrive by the departure time, the booking is considered a "no-show" and is non-refundable.
Winter Check-In (October–April)
Check in at FROST Restaurant, where our staff will assist you. Please arrive 20 minutes before your tour. Tours depart on schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals.
