  • Valid driver’s license required for drivers.
  • Combined weight per snowmobile max. 180 kg (390 lbs). Over this limit, book single snowmobiles.
  • Solo rider booking needed for odd-numbered groups.
  • Arrive at Glacier Journey base camp (Hotel Smyrlabjörg) 30 min before departure; late arrivals forfeit booking.
  • Wear good outdoor clothing and hiking boots; reasonable fitness required.
  • Inform guides of any health issues.
  • 48-hour cancellation policy (90% refund). Full refund if tour is cancelled by operator.
  • Participants join at own risk; drivers pay for damage they or passengers cause.
  • Minimum 2 participants per tour.
